Im guessing the 4 or 5 stars are for divorce cases only. I've been waiting and contacting them for almost 2 years to get assistance with an expungement. So far I've gotten a older lady contacting me about assisting me in signing up for Snap benefits 🤦🏾although she's very nice I respond no thank you and proceed to ask about my case I originally signed up for of course she doesn't know and a call like every 6 months from a paralegal asking about the same information I've already submitted and a lawyer will contact me soon to this day the lawyer has yet to contact me and I HAVE NOT been past the next step other than submitting the same information as before🤷🏾Can I please get some real assistance?!?

I'm editing my previous 1 star review since I see no option to reply to the Owner's response to my previous review. It's been well over a month and zero response or communication with any attorney. Only the ones who answer the phone. I left voicemails all month. Never got one response. I last called Friday, 3/14/25, and said an attorney was supposed to call me a month ago. The lady said she saw an update that they're working on my case. Really? With no communication of any kind? I was told an attorney would briefly speak to me and tell me if they can help or not. I even saw in another review that it's their responsibility to be honest if they can help or not. Not with me, apparently. I was told they'd tell me their legal plan, so that we're on the same page, and we know what will work best. For all I know. If they're really even "working on it" they might pursue one of the other options that will not even work out and I'll be foreclosed on, without warning, and no time to even find a place to go first.

My experience with this place is negatively. For my legal matter, I was told they can’t help me, nor provide guidance, or guide me in what I can do or where to go. The only thing i was told, was they carefully have looked at my legal matters, and unfortunately they can’t help me. It’s a normal legal matter, so why can’t they help me !!!! nor could they help me, in getting the court form I need so I can do my own case. This place is absolutely useless!!! when I’m unable to afford a lawyer who charges sky high, they basically told me, to just let give up and let a domestic abusing monster win over me Hell no!!! I can’t not recommend this place to anyone, they do not want to help!!! I’ll figure out myself, how to get that court form I need! I assume this place is too lazy to help finding a court form!!

It infuriates me to have to leave even one star for this review. I did intake, some days later was McKenzie Lemarie would be my representation for my case. I have been calling for three days and she's never available. If you get to speak to so

The only time out of 4 times I needed legal help and was approved , was the very 1st time in 2013 and it was only an Uncontested Divorce....They did not help me each of the preceding times & most recently had wasted 3 months of my time, getting the runaround from them, before I received a call from a paralegal stating that they " did not have the resources & could not take my case"..I even appealed that decision & Spoke to Director ms. Cathy Davis, who also did nothing & denied my appeal.. Bad business practices, for sure. IF I could give them a --5, I would.

I would like to say thank you to Lorna Sennet for doing such a wonderful job helping my wife. Within a couple of days my wife's benefits were restored. Thanks again 😊👍.

I called got some one on the phone she told me call back the next day So got up early next waited watching the time wanted to be first one so I called back she said sir we not taking applications till Monday for that so I called back Monday for someone in phone took my application so I waited a couple weeks never heard nothing so I called back lady said a man had my case but him or his secretary not in but your case is closed call back Monday so I'm like my must be closed she call back Monday and hung up in my face I'm disabled with a bad heart she made feel my case didn't even matter when it's very for me my kids and requested a supervisor
