Ben was awesome! I went in with my parents to get "will stuff" done. Ben was super easy to talk to and explained everything in a way that was easy for all of us to understand. He even offered advice on things we didn't even think of (and he didn't have to). He didn't recommend things that they didn't need, just to be able to charge more. That was refreshing!
