From the start Mr Spivack talked a good game, and I trusted and believed in him. That he would get me out the "hole" I was in with my abusive, narcissist soon to be ex husband. Who manipulated his way through the court system and framed me. Just disgusting! Mr Spivack gave his word and reassured me he would fight for me and win my custody of my children back to me, by filing the motions to have them released. I started with the retainer fee and paid majority until I seen the motion filed he claimed he would on day one. I read his reviews on how he did some of his others clients the same way, but I still went with him. Thinking the other clients could be stretching the truth or over exaggerating. So I scaled back on the remainder to save myself from being taken. But $3000 later, I was taken, because nothing much was filed and no communication and 2 hearings, writing promises that didn’t come to past. Then calling his office excuses after excuse from the secretary that didn’t seem to last. So eventually I came down to his office recently, to see if he went out of business or just avoiding me. Whenever I would call I would get the voicemail. Got him once ant his office and he was a deer in headlights when he saw me, blaming his secretary and his work load like that’s my problem. I sympathize some what, but I knew he was BS ing me. It takes two seconds to answer your clients phone call no what to assure them your working on their behalf. Now I’m getting a email, he closing his firm and can’t represent me or others. How convenient, to take your clients money and do bare minimum to NOTHING!!! Then move on to the State Attorney Office. The Bible says we reap what we sow, he will answer to God for this.

I had to hire a attorney in Florida because I live in another state. I searched for the one with the best results and highest ratings. Scott Spivack was the one I chose. I hired him to represent me in my divorce he was professional, he was able to get my alimony and back alimony owed to me. He delivered the best possible results. And unfortunately a year later I had to hire him again because my X was trying to get our divorce reversed because he didn't want to pay the alimony. Scott Spivack nailed it...I never even had to give a testimony...I would recommend this attorney if you need a aggressive professional to fight on your behalf.

Hello, I just wanted to say nothing but a HUUUUUUUUUUGE TREMENDOUS THANK YOU to Attorney Spivack!!!!! My ex husband wanted to have 50/50 custody at first and then tried for 60/40, however Mr. Spivack was able to fight for me during mediation and helped me gain 70/30 custody of my two children. In a place where 50/50 is considered the children's best interest- Mr. Spivack knew that this was not the case for all families including mine. In addition to that- Thanks to Attorney Spivack, my ex husband was found to be in arrears for child support for a sum of everything he owes and currently is due for payments starting immediately. Attorney Spivack worked diligently and made sure to include all of the terms that we spoke about on the shared family parenting plan and yet again on the final judgement for divorce. It was a long process, however attorney Spivack never let me down or let me go. While very little of his online reviews may seem positive, I strongly believe many of them could be from friends or family—please dig deeper. My family and I are devastated after hiring him for a family court matter involving child support. My children’s father, who has a long history of abuse, alcoholism, drug use, and domestic violence towards us—was attempting to reduce his child support and gain more custody. Despite paying for legal services, this attorney failed to take even the most basic and crucial steps to represent us effectively. A critical mistake was his failure to subpoena my children’s therapist to testify, something he admitted he simply forgot to do. He informed me of this just one day before trial. As a result, vital evidence was not presented in court. The judge awarded 50/50 custody to a dangerous individual who is currently under investigation by child protective services for child endangerment. As a mother who fought for years to keep her children safe, this outcome has been absolutely heartbreaking. His office is disorganized, with papers stacked high and no clear system. Communication was nearly impossible, calls and messages went unanswered. He cannot keep staff in his office as previous employers have told me while I was his client that he is very unprofessional and very unorganized. He walked into court unprepared, carrying only a notepad, with no documentation or clear plan. I had to coach him on what questions to ask, only to be told to stay quiet and oh yeah I forgot about that. Let me ask that question. Lol In the end, he took my money, provided little to no service, and left my family in a worse position than before. Please, if you are looking for someone to fight for your children or your rights—do not hire this man.
