Bathgate Wegener & Wolf PC

I contacted Bathgate Wegner & Wolf over one month ago regarding a major Class Action case. I didn't get a promised call back and my first impression was not good. I followed my first call up with contacting Mr. Bathgates office directly and speaking to Lorraine, Mr. Bathgates assistant. She was very kind and apologized profusely. She put me on a call with Mr. Bathgate himself and we had a very informative one hour phone discussion. He asked for several documents that I immediatley emailed off to his office. He assured me they would be getting back to me. Well.....it is now over one month later. I call Lorraine every week (4x) and she assures me they are "looking into it" and one of the partners will be calling me. I now realize my first impression was the correct one. While Lorraine and Mr Bathgate are both very attentive the firm drops off to a zero from there. Today, I give up. I will be presenting my case to another firm, a competitor. Bathgate, Wegner & Wolf was a waste of time and delayed progress on a case now for well over a month. I strongly suggest you think twice before calling Bathgate, Wegner & Wolf PC. There are too many other firms out there that will treat you with the care, concern and professionalism a client deserves.

Nicholas Leider is a fantastic attorney. He listened to my case, understood my concerns and was 100% involved. He was easy to reach and easy to talk to. He delivered everything he promised and settled my case in a timely manner. We were victorious in all phases of my case.
