Thanks to Guenther Richter, I was granted custody of my daughter, and my request to move out of state to a safe place to raise her was granted by the court. Guenther was so calm and confident the entire time and was always very reassuring. I hired Guenther for a custody battle and eviction which I needed done urgently because I was selling my house. I maybe talked to Guenther on the phone twice, his legal Secretary, LeaAnna, gave wrong information to me continuously, and he actually did nothing to help me. After about a month of lack on communication I cut ties. I'm finding out today he REALLY did do absolutely NOTHING. Never paid a fee or provided acknowledgement for papers served (twice). When I cut ties Geunther told me that I should find a lawyer that doesn't have any other clients so that they can only focus on me. My response... Good customer service makes a client feel as if they ARE your ONLY client. I have yet to receive my final bill or refund and supposedly it was mailed out to me over a week ago. When your life comes to a point where you need a lawyer, it usually means it's a pretty scary situation you're in. I would like to believe anyone in my position would like to feel safe and secure with the lawyer they choose and know that everything will be alright in the end. If that's what you're looking for, I strongly recommend finding a different lawyer than Guenther. You won't feel the warm fuzzies with him and his team.

I had a custody case that I thought would be very difficult to maneuver through, but Mr. Richter guided me through it. He was very understanding of my fears and what I wanted to obtain through this problematic time in my life. I will forever be grateful for his patience and knowledge that made this process easier.

Terrible service, dishonest and very unprofessional. Lost a big case for lack of knowledge and reported them to the State Bar.
