Michaelides As Matthew Hancock, a Nevada Supreme Court Appellant and Mr. Michaelides as the Respondent in Case No. 90428, District Court Case No. A-23-883566-C; I strongly advise against hiring TCM Law Group and Thomas Michaelides based on my deeply troubling experience. During my legal case involving an FBI confidential informant (who was also Michaelides' client), my attorney failed to secure promised legal protections despite explicit instructions. He neglected crucial responsibilities including: - Withholding exculpatory evidence - Ignoring urgent requests to file motions for bail and record sealing - Failing to counter false media narratives that endangered my family - Disregarding serious threats to my children's safety - Mishandling conflicts of interest with his other client (the informant) This isn't isolated misconduct. The Nevada Supreme Court has disciplined Michaelides for ethical violations including: - Failing to disclose misrepresentations to the court - Neglecting client communications - Filing false affidavits regarding his suspension -Complacency in forging a Judge’s signature His actions caused significant harm to my case while putting my family at risk. On this Memorial Day, I'm reminded that justice sometimes requires fighting with truth rather than weapons. My Supreme Court appeal continues this battle.
