Had a good experience using Watson as an attorney to aid my husband in adopting my son. It took a bit longer than expected but that was because he wanted to be careful it was done right. He was very kind and fair!

I retained Mr. Dutcher for my divorce. My ex-husband was violent & a danger to our child. He gave me false information & told me I still had to allow him to see our son. Dutcher filed the divorce papers but my ex wouldn't sign them. I called Mr. Dutcher over and over to see what the next step would be. He was always "busy" or out of town. The secretary would tell he would call me back but he never did. I didn't have a lot of money so I didn't want to lose the money I gave Mr. Dutcher and retain a new lawyer. After a couple years of excuses from Mr. Dutcher and nothing else being done except initial copy of the divorce papers, I released him as my lawyer. I lost my money I gave to him and retained a new lawyer. The new lawyer fought to get my child supervised visitation with my ex. He also completed the process in a timely manner and communicated each stage of the process very well.

I just called the office a minute ago to speak with Mr. Watson, who is not in the office today, to let him know to contact me if possible. I was blatantly disregarded on the phone by the secretary, just now, who hung up the phone on me when I was trying to elaborate as to why I needed Mr. Watson to contact me. I'm trying to be a moral, ethical person of which knows right from right and wrong from wrong to help an individual who is being wrongly accused. I tried to give this lady my phone number so he can contact me and she hung up the phone on me while I was telling her the digits to my cell phone number. I don't understand the rudeness from this lady or why she chose to do what she did. Talk about distasteful. And their response, Lord Bless their little Hearts... "I'm sorry you felt disrespected." I was disrespected, I didn't "feel" disrespected. Words mean things. Just because you can find loopholes in the written law doesn't mean you're a good lawyer. The Law isn't open to your interpretation.

Watson was assigned to my child’s father on a state case , didn’t even show up to his PLH and doesn’t return phone calls/voicemails has had no communication with my child’s father what’s so ever
