I went to "court" in attempt to save my autistic daughter from her abusive father. Ms. Clark was my "representation." She ignored my claims of abuse and coerced me into decisions I didn’t want to make. She took the judge into chambers before our case and has never explained why. Since then, my ex husband has alienated and manipulated my daughter from me. I haven’t seen her or heard her voice in over a year. I have been smear campaigned, severely bullied online, stalked, harassed, falsely criminalized, my identity stolen, so many things. This woman did absolutely nothing to help my daughter and me from danger. It has been going on for over two years. It continues to this day. In response to your "response," yes you were. I double checked the address FROM YOUR EMAILS before I left this review TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE RIGHT PERSON. WHY ARE YOU LYING??

Mrs. Clark was extremely efficient and readily available when needed. Everything was expedient and professional.

My husband & I are ecstatic to have him adopt my 2 boys. At first we were going to try to handle all the paperwork ourselves, but I have a legal plan through my work that I pay for monthly, so we decided to let a professional handle it...save us the headache. Ms. Clark initially called me directly to express she was super excited & more willing to handle "a happy case." Well, that was short-lived. As soon as she found out the child support order was through Harris county, she seemed deterred saying those courts are just a pain to work with. Week after week her assistant would call or she would send me an email requesting I call the courts/attorney general's office to get paperwork from 10 years ago, & when I provided paperwork, it would be another week or 2 later she would say what I provided wasn't correct & that I need to contact them again. When I asked, multiple times, if she could call & get all the correct info she needed, her assistant would tell me, "Well, usually when it's through a legal plan service the client provides all the paperwork." Long story short, it's been over 8 weeks, & we are Still at square one. Very unprofessional, lazy, verbally short & rude when I asked for clarity on legal jargon she would use. If I could grade half a star, I would.

Very helpful and willing to help! Returns calls promptly, professional, willing to listen, answer any and all questions and concerns. Even helped and gave advice for a quick resolution for a case that she was not representing me on. Definitely would use Diane again and highly recommend!

Mrs. Clark represented me in my divorce and did an excellent job. My ex-wife actually appealed the divorce and Mrs. Clark filed a brief with the Court of Appeals and she won. I highly recommend her.
