David Martinez helped me, when I needed help the most. He helped me stay positive and most of all kept me up to date with every situation that came up. He battled for me and for that I am very thankful. My charges were dismissed and David had my side through out this process. Let David fight for you, you will not be disappointed. I emailed Mr. Martinez to attempt to set up some kind of consultation regarding a car ownership issue, but as his online submission form only had 3 options which did not exactly cover my issue, I selected the one that seemed to fit best and gave a summary of my issue. I advised him that I am at a point of desperation to get out from under the control of my abuser. I even stated in my email that if he felt he could not help me, I would really appreciate being pointed in the direction of someone who could. Mr. Martinez instead responded with a short, snippy, 1 sentence response to my email that did not cover any of my questions, to which I asked - since he cannot help me, again, please tell me who can. Mr. Martinez has yet to respond to my email. Based on some of his prior reviews, it seems that being curt and rude is just in his nature. If you are here to look for someone who is compassionate and eager to help his clients and potential clients, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Edit: It's interesting to me that asking for a response to my request via email (which were both very polite) and then complaining about your terrible attitude is "being demanding". I know I have a terrible issue, why else would I consult a lawyer? Also very funny to me that you claim you planned to help as soon as I post about your nasty attitude. Have the day you deserve!

David Martinez and Jessica did wonders for me, they got me full custody of my 3 children, and finalized my divorce. I recommend seeing them about you're legal issues they go above and beyond for you. I'm super blessed for the outcome of my case. If I need any legal team in the future I will be back to give my business to them!!

Mr. Martínez is an amazing lawyer, he responds to emails and messages in a timely matter. He makes sure u understand what going on and always does the best job for his clients!!
