Rayne, Mr Arthur's Administrative Assistant (and his daughter) was so very helpful. We were in need of an attorney to handle Family Law and another attorney to representative us in a Civil case. She referred us to representation that was able to see us within 1 day of calling within the office. She was so pleasant and accommodating. She is a superstar!

I found Mr. Arthur a decade or more ago. I have hired him for infractions to Felonies (reduced) and things In between. Straight forward, intelligent, kind, he's a good listener and just a real man of integrity. His office staff is very compasionate, they too help and support you throughout. Mark has been a blessing for me. He thoroughly does his job, and delivers in court a better outcome than he tells you he will. He's the Michael Jordon of the courtroom! Seriously... go with Mark!

Great lawyer! I hired Mark for a reckless driving case after having a clean driving record and never been to court. Mark put me at ease with the case far more than any other lawyer I considered. Mark got a hold of the district attorney before court and got likely the best outcome possible! Very reasonable pricing, will likely be hiring again if God forbid any further cases come along. I had a pretty severe reckless ticket back in September of 2024. I spoke to Mark on the phone during our consultation and knew immediately that he was the one I wanted to represent me. His confidence and knowledge made the entire court process very easy to understand. Mark was really good at easing my worries and ultimately got my charges reduced.
