Yes, Mr Yancey does seem to be rude and he is very curt with his responses however he definitely know what he is doing. He will get the job done accurately and sufficiently. I was satisfied with all that he did and explained.

I telephoned Mr. Yancey for guidance in reference to My husband who was a past client. He was very rude and condescending. He treats you as if you are dumb and beneath him. I feel sorry for people who need his services and have to be treated this way as for me if bankruptcy were ever a choice that I’d ever have to make rest assured he would definitely not be the attorney of my choice. His staff on the other hand very humble.

Mr. Yancey and all of his staff were wonderful. My husband and I were nervous, but they put us at ease. I couldn't be more pleased, and recommend his services to anyone who needs his help. Professional, courteous and kind.

Mr. Yancey needs to take a course on communicating with possible clients. In my opinion if you are seeking his services, you should be able to communicate being able to ask questions and offer info pertaining to your situation. The staff seems i intimidated and shouldnt suffer being humiliated in front of said, client and or witnesses. Shame shame Mr. Yancey. You demand respect but sir you have to give it in order to get it. Respectfully offering constructive criticism.
