I called their office on 10/21/2024 at 3 pm. Sandy said she would run my question by Debbie then let me know the status tomorrow. Today is 11/11/2024 and I never received a call back. On 11/4/2024 at 5:15 pm I walked into their office. Sandy told me she would tell Attorney Jennifer Holmes Griffin that I came by and would like to speak to her about how to proceed. Again I received no phone call. Do you see a trend?

Walking through the door, I was greeted with warm, sincere, and welcoming smiles. The documents were ready and everything was well organized. Debbie McQuate, the paralegal, was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Just goes to show that not all law firms are arrogant and haughty, a pleasant surprise.

An attorney at this firm, representing my father, had him sign a new DPOA, while he is living at a locked memory care facility. He was totally unaware of what he signed 10 minutes after she left! There is a Grievance on file with the NH Supreme Court Attorney Discipline Office
