I recently needed to go back to court to revisit a parenting plan. As a single mom of 3 kids, not a ton of money, I was scared and nervouse to not only go to court but coming up with money to find a good lawyer. Mr. Kennedy made me feel comfortable and confident. I have used his services twice. I would say I am fairly satisfied. He does try and help you the best he can with his work load. However, the two cases were medical from car accidents and it took at least a year to get a settlement from them. So yes, I would recommend him, but just don't be in a hurry to get a settlement.
