James was a good lawyer, but when my case was sent to another state which we knew might happen, he kept all the retainer fee after promising me a refund on anything not spent in legal fees. His assistant also charged me multiple times for appointments which he canceled and charged me a $300 appointment fee one time when I stopped in to drop a payment off. None of the mistakes were ever corrected.
