As someone else mentioned in a review, Scott is a phenomenal attorney. From the start of my case till the end he was very assertive and attentive to the needs of the case but also to my needs for information. If you do what you’re suppose to and what he tells you to do you’ll come out on top. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail and looked and analyzed every avenue of approach to my case. I would definitely recommend Scott to represent you.

This attorney shouldn’t be in practice. Unprepared, doesn’t respond to emails, phone calls and honestly has no clue how to navigate Dallas County to help good fathers. He brought his young daughter to listen to circumstances of the case and the only way I could set up a sit down was to offer him free breakfast next to his office. A disgrace to all good fathers screwed by a system that works together

Interviewed several attorneys and each one I felt rushed. Each one has same script but Scott was different. I went for what I was expecting to be quick introduction and was prepared with all I needed to tell him as quick as possible but I had totally different experience. I am almost 20 now so I have been able to get in contact with my mom. I asked her why she never tried to see me. She said she did, she hired this lawyer who did nothing to help her. She said she was poor and just kept giving this guy money and he wouldn't do anything on her case. Not even call her back. Then my mom got really sick with covid. After covid she became sicker, and wasn't able to hire another lawyer. I am upset because of my dad keeping me from my mom. Him and his family caused some of her mental illness. They took me away from her when I was 5 years old. I hated her for leaving me. They said so much bad stuff about my mom to me. I may never get to see my mom again in real life. All this guy had to do was his job while my mom was healthy enough to fight. Now she had to move to get into an affordable hospice to care for her that is far away. This guy doesn't care about families or helping you. He doesn't even care to just do his job.
