Prevost Law Firm

I am somewhat disappointed with Prevost Law Firm. I initially submitted a request for an appointment 11 days ago to see if they could assist me with opening a case regarding my solar panels. After waiting all that time and making space in my busy work schedule for a call, I received a last-minute request from them for some paperwork, just 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment. I promptly sent the required documents, but when we spoke, they informed me that they could not help me and that I would be placed on a waiting list. I wish they had requested the paperwork before making me wait for so many days, as it feels like a significant waste of my time.

Haley has been professional, outstanding & extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding our case! She accepts (or returns) our calls quickly and answers all of our questions in the most succinct and understandable manner! So thankful to have found Prevost Law Firm and having her as our advocate!

I cannot thank Mr. Prevost and the team enough for the stellar service and knowledge shared with me. Staff was meticulous in helping put together all the documents and process the evidence for case submission. Ultimately, successful and deeply invested in seeing wrongs righted. Not common at all, the experience definitely restored my hope, both in my solar/loan situation and in people and the system in general. I'm grateful, given the whelm of it all.
