My experience of Melissa is that she is incompetent, unprofessional, and needs constant reminders. She missed a hearing and I was not informed about that, until it was discovered by new counsel who requested copies from me. I made a complaint, and she later received a written disciplinary letter from the Arizona State Bar Melissa needed constant reminding about what was going on in my case almost missed a disclosure deadline, I had to email her a few days before, reminding her of the email containing evidence sent weeks prior. She was at times plain rude and pushy in order to get me to agree to something. At the time she wanted me to agree to certain scenarios that would have left me financially worse of and my child unprotected. When I held my ground and refused to accept it paid of for me, despite her advice. Unfortunately some other things I agreed to under her advice were not in my best interests and I only found out the damage after retaining new counsel. I would never recommend her to anyone. If you are unaware of the law I believe you will likely agree to positions that leave you worse off and never realize. I have a legal background so I knew some things were off, but I did not realize how much until I talked to other divorce lawyers.

Melissa is one very savy, intelligent woman. Ever since i hired her, my lofe and my children's lives have been significantly impacted in a positive way. She is the best lawyer I've ever used, and she makes me feel seen and heard. Im so thankful that I was intrduced to her.

Hands down best attorney! Melissa stood by me for 3 years of heavy litigation, heavy false accusations from my ex wife. Melissa is able to sort through hundreds of documents I've provided to prove my innocence with ease. Without Melissa in my corner I feel I could have lost custody of my children thankfully that did not happen. Melissa's professionalism stood out the most during trial. Melissa communicates with opposing attorney's in a timely manner and courts as well. The opposing attorney caused lots of confusion to the courts and Melissa was able to sort out the truth with documents and rule by law. Her knowledge of the legal system of family court was a life saver for me and my children. I'm forever thankful the time spent on my case. I can talk all day about how well Melissa did on my case and the difficulties the opposing council casused. I strongly recommend Melissa for representation in family court. I have had multiple attorneys for family court dating back to 2012 to 2024. Melissa is the best.

Melissa is an amazing attorney and made my life so much easier from the moment I hired her. She doesn’t play games like other attorneys do, she is straight forward and to the point.
