This was an Extreme case of NEGLECT! I was selling Property in which Gulf South was the title company. Initially I Thought they were Professional but That soon Plummited after LESLEY Lied to me numerous times about sending me Documents in which I had to Pull teeth to Finally obtain. She LIED about the closing date and because of her Lack of INTEGRITY she Continued to String me Along knowing she was Sabotaging All Efforts to close the Deal the Week she had Everything to do so. There were a total of a Dozen emails to her from me. A number of them were Ignored by her. Had it not been for Mimi ( a lady who also works there) I would've Remained clueless of what was going on and that this closing was NOT going to happen on proposed date or even the Week promised. Kudos to Mimi she never Lied to me and was competent in every way. Communication is th Key to any good Business deal. They Missed the mark on this one. When I brought everything to David Birdsong's attention and Informed him that I had No choice but to post a Negative review he just Thanked me for bringing this to his attention. UNPROFESSIONAL is my way of Summing up this experience with them. I would Never Recommend them to Anyone as long as their business Tactics lack honest behavior & again PROFESIONALISM!

David is one of the smartest Title Attorneys I know. As an investor himself and a director of New Orleans Real Estate Investor Association he understands different investor strategy. When I want a Title Attorney who tells you different ways you can achieve a goal instead of just saying "you can't do that" I go to Gulf South Title. I have closed numerous transactions with them and intend on doing a lot more.

I would not take my business anywhere but, Gulf South Title. David and his staff has closed on approximately 30 pieces of property that I have purchased. They always have your best interest first.
