Cliff Irwin, Attorney at Law

Mr Irwin is useless. I've been dealing with him over the phone and he never answers. It's been 6 months on a inheritance case that's is simple and 3 years old now. I'm filing a formal complaint to the bar about him and I'm sure he will keep the 10000 that I gave him upront. I can't even fire him because he won't answer

Cliff is a nice person, I was looking forward to working with him as he seemed very genuine and knowledgeable. He seemed eager to help me, so I paid a retainer and we got started, so I thought. However, after about 9 months, no progress was made. I called to check back in, and he called me a bit later and told me he would check on it. He never called me back and only texted me with a brief message after I had to reach out to Montana Bar Association. I only did this because I did not receive my retainer back and hadn’t heard from him in several months. He did send the retainer, so I am thankful for that. Just wish he would have had better communication.

There's a reason this is the third one star review for this attorney. Poor to non existent communication, lack of dedication to your case, doesn't sound prepared or professional in court. He left me hanging at an extremely critical moment.
