Crystal is the absolute BEST senior paralegal/firm manager at Mr. Days office. She has answered every question with dignity and respect, & went over and beyond for my case. I cannot recommend Andrea Roberts highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and fierce when it comes to advocating for her clients. Throughout our custody case, she explained every step clearly, stayed responsive, and made sure our children’s best interests were always the top priority. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave us peace of mind during one of the most stressful times of our lives. BEWARE- Don't trust them. They will scam you. I was quoted one price for a simple custody/child support case. I immediately paid it in full. I then received a bill stating 4 times as much. When I called for an explanation, a representative stated she would get it resolved as she herself thought that was really high for my case. Long story short, they fired that representative. Then about 3 months later they set up a meeting to discuss it. Where basically I was told they can charge what they wanted and that I could find another lawyer if I couldn't pay it. They also would not give me any of the money back as they had already filed paperwork on my behalf at that point and obtained discovery. So basically I paid $2000 for paperwork!!! I found another lawyer who was great and got me EVERYTHING I wanted for a fraction of the cost they were trying to charge me.
