Worst service ever. They sound good to take your business. Over promise and under deliver. I feel I basically did all myself. Could not get ahold of the attorney she will give you her cell but nickel and dime ever call and email when they decide to respond if they even respond. I called office in several occasions for status was told they will call back 3 months later I had not heard anything. While I waited I had sent multiple emails regarding my divorce. Never responded until I started to complain. But the one thing they will be fast in is taking you online payment. No delay there they even made sure I knew I had one more bill coming my way. Basically got billed for asking question with little to no guidance. I review paperwork on my own. Multiple mistakes other peoples names on my paperwork. It was just sad this is a law firm. I never say face to face with so called attorney always a paralegal. I will say the paralegals were nice. Don’t waste your money here. Penna Coker law firm gets one star for very poor service.
