Attorney Potok and his staff are exceptional. He helped my family go through a very difficult event in our lives in which my sister in law had been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and time was very much not on our side. I called both Ben and his staff some days multiple times and never once did I sense any frustration or inconvenience; they were always kind, patient and truly caring. This was a very stressful time and because of Ben and his staff, it was as pleasant as could be. I should also mention that even when we thought we would lose my sister in-law in mere minutes, Attorney Potok met with us the same day for over an hour and never once made us feel uncomfortable. He always made us feel like family and trust me, our situation was quite complicated with many hands involved. He even attended the memorial service which meant the world to our family. Attorney Potok and his excellent staff recently worked WITH me on matter that I had no legal expertise in. I was never condescended to, all my questions/requests were handled in a more than timely manner.
