The worst firm ever. Danielle Visvader is the worst lawyer ever. Did nothing on my case but stall. Charged us over the agreed upon retainer price. Got her judge friends to allow the over charge and depleted my aunts account. Run fast from this law firm.

This firm is representing a plaintiff named Dr. Daniel Haller, who is suing the federal government so that he can once again engage in the practice of surprise medical billing. However, with litigation still pending, Mr. Haller is openly violating the law and refusing to provide price estimates, as federal law requires. His attorney, Edward Smith, is well aware that Mr. Haller is violating federal law, but apparently thinks that collecting legal fees is more important than legal ethics. I'm certainly wondering what other laws and ethics that Mr. Smith is willing to violate in order to personally enrich himself.

Receptionist has hung up on me 3 times. Nobody picks up ever. Myself and the Auto Shop have repeatedly called with the same nonsense. Disgusting and Unprofessional

No one returns calls and front desk doesn’t know how to handle situations when in need. It took me over 6 months to get in contact with someone.

Phone calls go unanswered and phone rings until it hangs up on you. Is this really a law firm? Or a joke. Unfortunately I have to put 1 star to move forward or i would not even give that.
