After paying for the initial consultation & a brief follow-up, attorney Bailey without explanation failed to return any of my numerous phone calls, emails or messages left at her office. We were ready to move forward with her and pay her retainer fee, but she decided to ‘ghost’ us and we are deeply disappointed she decided to take this action. The professional action she should have taken was to inform us she could no longer handle our legal matter so we could move forward with another law firm instead of leaving us in legal limbo. Based on the above, I could not in good conscience recommend this attorney for any legal matter because she appears to be untrustworthy.

After denial with my Social Security Disability claim, I almost gave up with the appeal process before a Judge. I reached out to the Finkel Law Firm and was encouraged to continue with their help and legal expertise. Attorney Wendt and his disability team took over and gathered necessary medical evidence as well completing all Disability forms. They informed of each step of the hearing and what was expected. Questions that would be asked by the judge. I would definitely recommend this legal team. Without their help, I’m not confident I would have won my case. I am forever grateful.

There are no words to adequately express how much Mr Wendt and his staff mean to me on the successful approval of my Disability Claim . It has been a long fought battle but since Mr Wendt took over my case he relieved me of many anxiety moments along with filing of the paperwork, etc. They were so professional from the beginning and I would have to say that was so nice special was that he treated me like a person and talked with me one in one.
