Beware!!! I cant express enough how disappointed and what a terrible experience I had at this office. I called to set up a consultation regarding my divorce. Was asked by lawyer what my soon to be ex's name was. Appointment was set up for a week later. Upon arriving to my appointment after having to take PTO and rearrange my work schedule, I sat there filling out paperwork. Only to find out about 1/2 hour after sitting in the waiting area that the attorney could not see me because my soon to be ex had stopped into their office for a consult. Wondering why this wasn't caught until I arrived to this appointment as this is a conflict of interest . I am taking this as a sign, that this office is not a professional fit for my divorce needs. I would not recommend to anyone. Divorce is stressful enough and this was just unnecessary.

The best experience I could have had in a difficult situation. So thankful a friend referred me to Amy Bailey. I had 100% confidence in her abilities during this process and that she was standing up for me and my children's best interest. Her and her staff were very friendly, promptly replied to emails and questions, and were very professional. It was obvious during the trial that she is also respected by her peers and by the judge. In January of 2024 I had the fortunate/unfortunate encounter with Mark Bailey and team when I filed for divorce. From the very first encounter - making the initial appointment, up until the last action, everything was above my expectations. I was always treated with the utmost in courtesy, respect and care. Amy Bailey is amazing. She’s highly experienced and she brings that experience to her clients. In fact I just told her she makes me feel like I’m her only client, although she has many other clients. Anyone would be fortunate to have her represent them.
