I do not recommend this law firm based on my experience with their billing and client communication. During my case, I was charged multiple fees that have not been fully explained or justified. After I asked for clarification on several billing discrepancies, including charges for phone calls that were never answered, administrative tasks rather than legal work, duplicate entries, and other contested items, Erin Morse withdrew from my case rather than resolve the issue. Although I paid a substantial retainer for representation, the firm only worked on my case for approximately two months and retained the full retainer despite admitting that some charges were higher than agreed and issuing a partial refund that still did not address all disputed fees. The lack of transparency, refusal to clarify charges, and abrupt withdrawal from representation have left me frustrated and financially burdened. Even after the partial "refund," I continue to receive emails stating that I owe additional payments, which is both confusing and concerning given the unresolved billing issues. I encourage any potential client to carefully review billing practices and ask detailed questions if unclear. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
