Mr. Fairbanks did an excellent job with my estate planning. He was very knowledgeable on the subject, explained things in great detail, and I would highly recommend him. I've sent friends for family law, childcare worksheets, etc. and they've been very pleased. He doesn't simply tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. A true fiduciary.

David Fairbanks assisted my wife and I with our estate planning. As parents of young children, we were uncertain about what to do and nervous about securing our future, as well as our children’s future in the event something was to happen. Mr. Fairbanks was wonderful throughout the entire process- he was professional, thorough and took the time to discuss all our questions. He not only took care of everything at present, he gave us advice for adding/updating our plan as certain life events take place. I have worked with several lawyers in the past and always felt very uncomfortable when meeting with them. Mr. Fairbanks is very down to earth and always made me feel at ease around him. He was very detailed in all his work and assured me anytime I felt uneasy about upcoming events in my case. Custody disputes/cases can be very stressful. The thought of losing time with your child that you love more than anything in the world can cause worry and stress. Mr. Fairbanks went over everything with me and what could possibly play out and made sure I was very aware of what could or could not happen next. We had some strange circumstances that arose days before our trial and he even took the time to call me on a weekend to go over the situation. He had spent time to make phone calls to people to help find answers to remedy "the situation". He was very confident in what the outcome of our case would be and worked very hard to make sure that outcome happened. I was originally referred to Mr. Fairbanks from a friend who had used him and she highly recommended him. I was not disappointed! I had 6 witnesses that were a part of my case and they all talked about what a good experience it was and how he seemed very personable and was easy to talk to. I have probably rattled but it's hard to sum up and put into words how amazing Mr. Fairbanks was. I went into the case despite knowing what a great dad I was still worried about losing time with my son. No custody case is ever a great experience but he was ahead of the opposition at every moment and when curve balls were tossed he knocked them out of the park. I walked away with getting my son close to 87% of the time! I was totally blessed to have Mr. Fairbanks representing me and have referred him to many others. If you are in need of a DUI lawyer trust me stop searching, you have found the guy. Jay Norton has a way of taking the anxiety out of the situation. I have used Jay twice now and couldn’t ask for a more responsive, professional Lawyer that provides results that I would have never thought was achievable. I first meet with Ryan for a consult a year before deciding to file for divorce. The advice he gave during that first meeting and every meeting since turned out to be priceless. Even the advice i didn't take. I had a complex/tough case and was amazed at what he was able to accomplish. My family was blessed to have had him on our side and i will be grateful to him for years to come.

Somehow I had David Fairbanks. I write this review in hopes nobody else goes thru what I went thru. He talks big up until time for action. I don't think he knows what trial is! He is a coward and weak-minded legally. Some stupid band from the past he was in has him not thinking about his job. Constantly making mistakes confusing different cases with one another. If your case has any topics that are not black and white and need a lawyer to fight Don't expect David Fairbanks to be next to you in the courtroom. One of the partners must have owed someone a favor and gave him a job. I don't see him practicing law much longer. If I could say how I really felt on here I would have a lot more to say.
