Dana and all of her staff are amazing. Wife emailed me without any warning she was leaving after 30 years. Dana was able to help get me back on my feet and fought for me every step of the way. As with most things in life, stay organized with all your paperwork and strategy and Dana will do the rest. She also was very conscious of communication to help optimize amount of billable hours. Highly recommended!!

Dana was amazing navigating my complicated divorce and custody. She was quick to act and was extremely compassionate and understanding. Her para LeAnne was quick to answer questions and keep me informed when Dana was unavailable due to court dates and other clients, and to also offer emotional support. They were both busy working behind the scenes from day 1 to get things settled as fairly and quickly as possible. Her billing practices are top notch and she kept my expenses to a minimum. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dana and LeAnne and their passion for what they do. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Great attorneys, but don't expect too many updates or for your things to be done in a timely manner. If your experience is anything like mine, you'll call often to get updates on things but won't get a return call. My divorce was final may 18th... It's the end of June and I'm still waiting on any final updates from my lawyer in if the final updates have been entered into the court records and basically any updates...

Not only was Dana Parks the best attorney ever.... her paralegal LeAnne was AMAZING and the perfect sidekick!! I couldn't possibly recommend this law firm anymore highly. Personable, professional, compassionate and responsive. There is nothing more you can ask for, especially when dealing with emotionally charged legal matters.

We would give NEGATIVE stars if we could. If you want an attorney that will actually stand up for your rights for your property or your children, DO NOT HIRE DANA PARKS. She lets the other attorney call all the shots. She tells her clients that they just must accept whatever is given, especially when the ex will not compromise on anything. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Now, we found another attorney that is actually fighting for us to have reasonable time with the children. I mean, she could not even get us shared holidays!! What kind of lawyer cannot get shared holidays when the two parents are sharing custody?! HORRIBLE ATTORNEY. On top of that, it takes a week or longer to get any kind of response to emails or phone calls. It takes calling over and over until she will finally give us 2 minutes of her time. If you care at all about your future and your children, DO NOT HIRE DANA PARKS.

At first, Dana seemed to be on my team, but almost immediately stopped responding to phone calls, emails and texts. She refused to set up a court date. She cost me close to $5,000 and accomplished nothing.
