Best Family Lawyer anyone could find. I never liked lawyers until I met her. Many lawyers treat your case like it's nothing more than another billable event for them, which sucks when your going thru domestic relations problems. Mary Beth is genuinely warm friendly and caring. She also cuts right to the chase when it comes to the realities of what can happen in a court room....which is a HUGE benefit. Because in my experience, either the lawyer is hitting the retainer for all kinds of ridiculous things (such as $80 to mail a duplicate copy of an appearance slip that was 1-already handed to you at the last hearing or 2-came in the mail the same day lawyer got his copy) OR-WORSE- feeds off the emotions of your case and promises you'll get everything you want bc the lawyer will not stop fighting (and charging) til you get it. Mary beth is NOT like that. She tells you right away what you can expect, what's worth fighting for and what isn't worth fighting for. She is so great I wish she was my opposing attorney as well! Divorce is an easy time to make bad decisions fueled by raw emotions. Mary Beth won't let that happen.

One of the worst lawyers Additude underhanded and very incompetent. Is bad when a father goes into court knowing more about a case then herself . Has filed paperwork wrong twice . Enables a cliet to lie and as a lawyer agrees with it. For your money and time there are a list of family court lawyers Marybeth didn't even reach the top 20 . Crude and in professional in every way . Save your time and money look elsewhere.
