A lawyer who takes your money and doesn’t provide the service you paid for then doesn’t refund your money. I had very time sensitive case she assured me she could do it no problem. After I paid her I never received a phone call again. Its criminal! We are talking about people’s children here! Yet you have someone who says they will help you, instead takes your money, doesn’t draft or file anything, doesn’t respond to email/texts/voice messages, and doesn’t have the decency to refund you your hard earned money you paid her for when she did nothing! I deal with hundreds of attorneys and never heard of anything like this. The many court of common pleas Judges I’ve talked to about this are absolutely floored by this behavior.

The number listed isn’t even for the lawyers office. It takes you to a automated message about winning a $100 gift card then you end up speaking to someone foreign. Complete scam, they tried to get me to confirm my name which doesn’t make sense for me to confirm anything my first time calling.

I paid Valerie my retainer and two months later she hasn’t produced any documents that she claimed to have filed nor has she refunded my money that i have requested multiple times.She should not be allowed to practice any type of law with this behavior.

Valerie is an amazing and knowledgeable Family Court Lawyer, who actually cares about her clients and is a beast in the court room, highly recommended 10 stars if I could !

Great service since 2009, very knowledgeable and active for their clients. They take time to listen and make you feel as if you were the only client while always giving excellent guidence.

Worst firm ever. No response and always dragging their feet. Stay away from them.
