Simply stated, Brian has been a godsend to our family. My daughter found herself in trouble with the law and facing charges that would seriously impact her ability to find work and housing in the future. We had little to no idea of what to do to find proper representation for my daughter so we did what so many others do and searched online. One of the more impressive collection of reviews was for Brian Fishman so we scheduled a meeting. After only 5 minutes in his company we knew we had the attorney for my daughter. He was knowledgeable, professional, funny and extremely easy to talk to. Over the next number of months we found out just how extraordinary he really is as an attorney. Brian was able to work with the District Attorney's office, where I believe he once worked, and the judges to allow my daughter to enter a program that could ultimately get her charges withdrawn and we are now working toward getting them expunged. Brian did an amazing job and because there were some specific issues with my daughter that made things even more challenging we quickly learned that not only is Brian an excellent attorney but also a very compassionate man. He was wonderful throughout the entire ordeal and the final outcome exceeded even our wildest of dreams.
