I have used the services of Rich Peters and his colleagues for approximately 18 years. He has (1) secured my legal separation and 18 years later the dissolution of the marriage; (2) successfully defended my stepdaughter in a child custody dispute; and (3) set up a legal guardianship for our granddaughter. Amazing family practice!!!! I reached out to Rich to help my dad through his divorce since I felt like my Dad was giving too much to his soon to be ex-wife for the sake of not drawing things out ,and because he is such a non-confrontational person.
