I would give them 0 stars if I could. They managed to spend *over* 6,000 dollars of mine in family court without ever serving my ex, or stepping into a court room. Yes, this is in them simply drafting documents. Angered, I then terminated their services, and told them to not serve my ex, which they still proceeded to do. They then tried charging me for this service, which was AFTER their termination. Even after providing them evidence, in writing, of me terminating their services before they served him, they are proceeding to try to bill me for it. I will be reporting them to the board, and am considering a civil lawsuit. Attorney Richardson also has less than impressive communication skills, in my opinion, because instead of utilizing the law to represent you, she just talks in circles. She has never demonstrated justice and fairness to me. When I explained to her that I no longer wanted full custody, but a shared custody agreement, she proceeded to try to talk me out of it, and never changed the filing. It’s just a shame that a fellow woman does not seem to care about other women in compromised situations, such as divorce and custody court.

This office is giving my daughter the run around. There has been no communication at all. They are charging her a fortune for nothing being done. No custody agreement, no divorce decree, nothing and it’s been a year. My daughter’s health and wellbeing are in jeopardy. I am beyond disappointed. I would give them a -10 if I could. If you are looking for a divorce attorney, do not use this group. They should be reported for overcharging hours.

I'm glad some people were able to get help from them. They do require a huge retainer and I thought I might need their help. When it turns out I dont need their help I have been jumping through hoops to get the rest of my retainer refunded. I have been getting limited to no response from the billing team to get my est 4500 returned to me. Beyond frustrating.
