Jerome A. Blaha

Mr. Blaha did relatively little for an exorbitant fee. While I appreciate that it takes a significant investment of time and money to achieve a law degree, I can’t say that I feel Mr. Blaha is an exceptional attorney. Our case was finished when the opposing party neglected to show up. The fees and expenses that were billed to us amounted to our entire savings as a family. The part that bothers me is that Mr. Blaha had repeatedly pried until he discovered how much we had saved and conveniently billed us in order to wipe out our savings—it feels conniving and deceitful. I suggest you look elsewhere for a family law attorney.

Terrible attorney out for the money he will make. Trap his own client. Actually he acted in a way to make a divorce a certainty. This was the worst attorney ever!!! Lots of talk but no action. My bill was 100 s of 1000s and he had presented nothing to no one. Also he hooks you in so you feel you are in too deep to begin again with an honest attorney.

Actually this attorney Mr Blaha deserves "0"(zero) stars. He pries on vulnerability and then he sets a financial trap for his client. His billing practices are dishonest and inflated. He lies and cheats in his ledgers. I found charges from 1981 billed to my account but I hired him in 2019. He also calls himself a Christian, thus he uses to steal in the name of God. He was referred to me by my Pastor. Now $1.3 million later I understand the conspiracy. He promises what he will never deliver because he does not have a sound legal foundation. In my case he promised me he will help me keep the house after my divorce, but his promise was not based on California law, which is a community property state. I wish some of you might help me in a class action against this person. He threatens to render me homeless after winning an arbitration award against me based on lies and deceit. I think most of you could relate to my suffering after being under Mr Blaha trap.
