Highly recommend Erin Graber. She's very direct, firm and fair. I've been with Erin for nearly 2 years and I've found that she really cares about your children and what's best for them, not just the money. I had 3 lawyers before Erin and she's the best by far. Absolutely terrible. I have had Erin on retainer for quite a few years but haven’t need her services in a while. I had a quick question about a custody schedule issue. The lady that answered the phone could not have been more rude. Told me I should not have been calling "the day of" and was completely rude to me. I have never been treated in such a way. Find another attorney if you’re in need.

I had the pleasure of going against Erin as she was hired by my ex. The other reviews that state Erin is just chasing the money are true based on my experience. She believed what my ex told her without question even when the stories contradicted each other. Outside of the money she does not care about your kids. One of my sons did not follow the order and spent most of his time at his mom's and consequently missed over 120 days of 7th grade. He was not allowed to have a cell phone at his mom's but when dad took it away for not going to school his mom bought him one. None of this was an issue but the fact my other son did not follow the order either and stayed at dads but went to school, passed and got into a better routine workout and eating wise and lost 30 pounds was a huge issue for Erin and my ex. Erin was also very fond of our second PC Justin aka Justine Mauney who did nothing for our situation but side with my ex. In conclusion if you love drama, do not care about your long term relationshop with your kids and have lots of money to burn hire Erin she will have no problem taking your money.

If you are here because you saw Erin on One Mom's Battle website, then run the other way. Erin has worked tirelessly with men to remove children from their capable and competent mothers care. She only cares about where the money flows, and has no interest in the child's suffering. If and only if you have money, she will work diligently to get you everything you want, even if it means making the other people involved look terrible. She sends important legal mail to the wrong addresses, takes work leave and secretly pushes papers, and threatens witnesses into being silent. However, if you're looking for a lawyer with no ethics, who coaches their clients on how to disobey court orders and get away with it, and refuses to settle in good faith, Erin might be the one for you. **My wife still hasn't seen her child since December of 2022 due to the orders and unethical treatment of this case. Erin used the PC to create confusion. Erin made the judge read my wife's paystub wrong, reading her year to date instead of her actual pay. She convinced the judge we lied on our taxes to make her story line up and then demanded we pay retroactive support for a time her client was actively withholding. She has had my wife put in jail for being unable to pay this knowing she cannot** Erin is truly a disgrace to "the justice system" of Wake County.

Erin is awesome! I can’t recommend her enough... She was a God send! I am a man, and I tried 4 other attorneys before I found Erin. She was the only one that was willing to go the extra mile to get me a fair settlement. Due to Erin’s tenacity, the final settlement was far better than what I would have received had I stayed with any of the other attorneys. Erin also got me full custody of my daughter - Though it’s very rare in NC for the father to get full custody (and justifiably so), in this case it was the correct decision, and Erin supported me 100%.
