Len C. Mueller, Attorney at Law

I initially started my divorce process in Wake County. Just for her to take and start my divorce process I paid her 15k. After I ran out of retained money I paid Len Mueller about another 10k. In total I paid this attorney about 25k After multiples attempt to settle my case outside court hearings, I decide to dismiss in Wake County Court house. Find out later that opposing party moved the case to Harnett County Court House and Len Muller refused to go to represent me in Harnett County Court House and the excuse I got from her was that she do not go to outside Wake County Court House. Do you homework before hire this attorney if you live outside Wake County. Any reply to this review do not fix anything. This is a rip off attorney.

Len was recommended to me by a friend who also used her. I have since referred her to a co-worker. With Len, you get a no BS attorney who has a very high emotional intelligence. She knows when to push on things, and when to play it cool and quiet. You get what you pay for, and she does not do unnecessary work or charge unnecessary fees. Although it shouldn't matter, as a man involved in a divorce, it looked much more "compassionate" and "softer" to have a woman representing me. But don't get confused, Len is a wolf in sheep's clothing!

In my case, Mueller easily accepted a fee for advice, but was much less eager to provide any service in return. The "consultation" consisted of a ($400) phone call with mostly background sounds of the requested documents being shuffled about. The few comments provided implied that they had not been adequately reviewed. This lack of concern and preparation left me with no more information than before contacting Mueller.

Len helped me through the most difficult time of my life. She is smart, thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Her staff is kind and considerate.
