David is a fantastic attorney who shows that he places the best interest of both his clients, and the law, as a priority. David was contracted as counsel for someone suing me with completely false claims and ridiculous expectations. When my attorney communicated with David, he was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. When the truth came out that the lawsuit was frivolous and without merit, David withdrew himself from the case professionally. Although wishing it was in a different capacity, he was a true pleasure to work with. When I saw the reviews I wanted to leave my review of my experience because he is clearly not what has been listed here online.

David Schiller is the worst attorney EVER!!!! He never answers calls, never responds to emails, and drops the ball on everything. His excuse is always that he has so many emails to respond to, his health, or stress. I personally feel that he should be sat down from The Bar. He's very knowledgeable, but does not follow through with legal representation. Communication is the worst I've ever experienced in my life!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

I’ve been working with Jaime Williams for 1 year now and right away I will say that she has been nothing short of a blessing. I consulted and worked with several attorney’s (about 6 attorneys) prior to meeting with Jaime; all who I specifically sought out for being well known, reputable attorneys and who as such, were of course very high priced. They all classified my case as a "high conflict case" (as they should have, because it certainly was a very difficult case). However, I found that they all seemed intimidated with my situation, especially when I mentioned that my opposing party would most likely seek to also retain a very strong and reputable attorney. They all tended to discourage me in some way or another and wanted to convince me that I should consider not going through with my case. Finally, after thousands of dollars spent on consultation fees and attorney fees on those I did in fact retain, but had not accomplished anything with, I took a chance to meet with Jaime through lawyer referral services. I’ll add that by the time I met with Jaime, I was feeling the most powerless and defeated I had ever been. The first most important thing I’ll say about Jaime is that she’s fearless and a real trooper for sticking with me for so long through such a high conflict case. The second most important thing I’ll say about Jaime is that she has an amazing ability to get the point across in court. She’s sharp and can read in-between the lines very quickly. Her articulation and communication skills are more than what I would have hoped for in an attorney, especially for my sensitive case. I’ll also say that her presence in court and the way she carried herself in such a professional manner was excellent. And last, but certainly not least is that Jaime was very considerate and compassionate about my sensitive situation and took the time to hear me through my toughest moments with kindness and a motivating spirit. I ended up retaining Jaime for all of the other pieces that went along with my case and we’re still going strong as we finalize the last few stages. We became an amazing team together and would without a doubt recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney who can truly help and shine in court.

I spoke with Mr. Schiller going on 2 years ago. I haven't heard anything from him in a year I call mailbox is full. He doesn't reply back to emails or calls. It is very frustrating as a client when you don't know what is going on. All I want is a call or email. I have sent him things that I need back and was told that he was sending a letter I have yet to see anything.

I honestly did not want to even give them one star. I signed paperwork for a sexual harassment case against my employer back in March of this year. 5 hrs of recorded video evidence, over 200 pages of recorded transactions. It is now nine months later and I've heard nothing of the case. No calls are returned. After signing the paperwork and starting the process I have been completely ignored. No work has been done on my behalf. And with constant calls there are no answers at the office and no return calls. This office is a sham. I truly would not recommend. This has been one of my biggest disappointments since moving to the South. I am appalled at the way this office has handled business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I met with Lawyer Jaime Williams for an initial $200 "consultation," in August then never heard from her again. She was supposed to do some research and follow up with me... That never happened. I called several times. No one answers the phone in the entire practice. I sent 2 emails with follow-up information in August, then again in September. No call or reply email. Finally, in November, I had to personally go to the office. She remembers me fortunately, however, claims she was waiting on information from me. Not only was that a lie because at the time I'd given her all the information I had and she was supposed to try and get additional information, I also sent emails with specific and most updated information two months ago. She calls me back today and takes on no responsibility. After expressing my concerns and asked for reassurance that she was going to take this seriously or we should disengage... She chose the latter. And when I expressed my desire for a refund, she says that was for consultation which would be applied to retain her services... But we didn't have a retainer agreement... One of which she was supposed to send, but never did. So I basically paid for a therapist.... Not a lawyer.
