There's a reason why this guy is the cheapest in town.This guy sucks to the maximum degree. He should be held guilty for scamming. I repeatedly asked him for information concerning my case and scheduling and he would not respond to any text messages, phone calls or emails for months. He met with me once for a consultation and didn't talk to me again until the day before what he THOUGHT was my court date, which was actually a federal holiday, that I had to remind him of. At the end of the day It's really my own fault for not realizing he was a joke when I met with him the first time. No serious attorney meets their clients wearing cargo shorts and a T-shirt. You're honestly probably better off with a public defender. Save yourself $1500 bucks

Unprofessional, for somebody who's been doing this for "30 years" david has absolutely no sense of urgency if you make the same mistake of paying him upfront do not expect him to even call you back. He uses his "experience" to lure clients into deals that only profit the county plus while he gives you then run around and reasons for not contacting you he will be completely vague on outcomes. He is only affordable because of his quality (or lack thethereof) please do not make the same mistake as I; and seek better, more honest, and And more professional help.

An extremly diligent and professional attorney. He was compassionate towards my situation, yet, assertive when he needed to be. He was very competent in the legal issues and theories that pertained to my case. He was able to rationalize things for me in a objective manner; helping me make practical decisions. He had very little time when I came to him and I had alot of issues for him to resolve, but he was very quick to react to my situation. He was extremly thorough when going through all my facts and preparing my case for trial. In trial, he was aggressive and still compelling. His diligence really showed in trial and gave me a phenomenal outcome, which saved my career and relationship with my son.
