The Rio Rancho Family Counseling Center, LLC

I'm very disappointed with the service at this center. I called several times, left messages, spoke with folks about an appointment, and never received a call back. If your family is in need of help, look elsewhere.

The doors were locked when I arrived, 10 minutes before the appointment. Called about 15 times with no answer. Knocked and got no answer. Person arrived almost 10 minutes after my appointment time. Gave me my intake forms which I filled out while she took copies of my insurance and id. Only came back to return them. I waited 15 minutes after I finished filling out the paperwork until I opened the door to find her because she didn't come back. I left after that. I didn't feel my time was valued or that she had a strong sense of how to handle someone with mental health problems. After I left, I checked their website and she wasn't listed as a provider on their site. I'm not sure what her role was, but I'm glad I left. They also had a court summons taped to their door, which really weirded me out.

Went in for a couples therapy and was denied, because of domestic issues . Isn't that what counseling is for? He also commented on my service animal which there is nothing mentioning not bringing one.

The best of the best. I recommend Rio Rancho Family Counseling with my whole heart, soul, and mind... An amazing group of qualified counselors for your whole family, couples, children or individual therapy as well.

My therapist is awesome! So happy I found them.
