HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and here is why... my divorce and custody battle is very contentious and beyond high stress. My case also includes multiple domestic violence restraining orders. I originally hired another attorney in Riverside and quickly learned she was NOT the right person for my situation. The day I fired my original attorney I decided to search Google using the keywords "ruthless divorce attorney" and among the top three showed was Haq Law Firm. Solely based on the reviews, I called Haq Law Firm, in tears and was met with a very sweet and understanding voice on the other end of the phone. Aubrey assured me that I had called the right place and that Tash Haq (the attorney) would take very good care of me (she wasn't wrong). I went in for a consultation that same day and knew, almost immediately, that Tash was the attorney I needed to help me through this disaster I call my life. My case is, in my opinion, pure insanity. My ex is an abusive liar that despite my best efforts, beat me to the courthouse and filed a bunch of lies and temporarily succeeded in removing me from our home and taking our 9 year old daughter away from me. Tash got to work immediately, although the courts don't work nearly as fast, I eventually got my daughter back. Tash is beyond thorough and always easily reachable. His entire staff reflects the same qualities. They respond to all phone calls, emails, and even texts. In court, Tash is well prepared, articulate, tactful and confident. He definitely calms my nerves. Tash is also a no-nonsense kind of person while maintaining a high level of integrity. My ex is far from respectful and Tash is not bothered by any of his antics. Tash gives his best advice based on his years of experience and although he cannot tell what the future holds, all of his advice on how to move forward, in my case, has been spot-on. He has never left me feeling lost or confused, answers all of my questions, even if they are silly and emotional. Mr. Haq was my attorney for my child custody case and I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends. I had worked with 2 other attorneys regarding my child custody case prior to working with Hag Law Firm. The previous attorneys were not able to help me the way that Haq Law Firm was able to. It was a complicated child custody case in Hemet, and my attoney Tash Haq had to do a deposition on the other side in his office . We also had to do a 3111 custody evaluation and the evaluator testified in court. My attorney, Tash Haq, was very professional. Tash showed the judge evidence of how the mom was contradicting her own statements through texts and talking parents conversations. Tash did an amazing job with expressing why our son should stay with us instead of moving with his mother to another state, which would have alienated our son from his father. After talking to many lawyers in Riverside I found attorney Haq and had an initial consultation where he told me how things would work if I hired him and if it was worth it to even hire him. Since my ex and I did not agree on pretty much anything like custody, spousal support, division of our business I felt like hiring an attorney was necessary. I knew walking out of his office that he was the attorney I wanted to represent me. He has fought aggressively for my case in getting me a fair child and spousal support, even got some attorneys fees. He was also able to get the court to drop a temporary restraining order proving my ex had used false allegations to get that into effect. Despite my divorce having become very high conflict I know I can trust attorney Haq with my case.

I highly recommend this law firm because of Tash and Tisha’s responsiveness and professionalism. I live 1.5 hours away from this office and drove down for a consultation. I let Tash know what was going on and he took notes from the very beginning. After I let him know what I needed he told me what to expect realistically and how difficult move away cases can be, how long they can take, and not to mention how expensive it can be if evaluations are ordered by the court. Even with all of this info I still decided to hire Tash. Because of covid my hearings were pushed back multiple times. My ex had also hired an incompetent attorney and all she did was lie in court and ask for continuances. The judge sided with ex at that time regarding property control and told him that the next we have a hearing he needed to provide proof of payments…fast forward to the next hearing: My ex ended up hiring a new attorney two days before our MSC hearing and he wanted to ask for a continuance as well. On that day Tash fought for me telling the judge that my ex has failed to do what ordered from our last hearing and also pointed out the fact that my ex has been failing to participate in the divorce by not fulfilling what the courts have been telling him to do. The judge ended up ordering that my ex turn over the property to me and he also got temporary child support orders put in place until we have our next hearing. Tash is very smart and was able to present the issue of my ex’s lack of participation in the divorce and essentially delaying everything. I feel that Tash’s argument put a lot of pressure on the opposing party because in the end we ended up settling outside of court. I would also like to recognize Tisha with her help throughout all of this. She was always very responsive and answered all of my phone calls no matter how annoying I was and she was like my therapist at times calming down when I freaked out because of delays or because of judgements made by the court. When I spoke to her for the first time in person when this was almost all over she told me about her life experiences and I can tell she does this genuinely with compassion and understanding. I would hire this law firm again in a heartbeat. They are wonderful people that work hard for you.

He is a very good attorney, knowledgeable, confident, and responsive which was much appreciated. My case was an absolute nightmare and he did his best then referred me to another attorney for the next phase. He was straightforward in telling me he couldn’t help anymore and I was impressed with his recognition and recommendations for a better course of action.
