I never do reviews, but I wanted to regarding Darcy. She was absolutely incredible when she represented me during my divorce and when post divorces issues arose. She kept me completely calm during such a stressful time and made the process flow as easy as possible. Darcy is in a league of her own. She is highly intelligent, both intellectually and emotionally. She genuinely sees people and their families and brings compassion to every case she mediates. She is extremely responsive to all channels of communication and sets clear expectations for her clients. Darcy truly wants to arrive at a resolution that is in the best interest of the family she is working with. Unlike other attorneys whom I met with, she never tried to "gas me up" or say ridiculously inflammatory things that would spur further disagreements between me and my ex. She appropriately sets emotion aside and helps her clients remain practical, logical, and optimistic. This month, she was featured on the cover of Super Lawyers magazine and I couldn’t think of anyone more deserving.

Working with Darcy during the divorce mediation process was so easy and straightforward. She was super responsive to all my questions, and helped us navigate the process quickly and efficiently. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend her to anyone that wants an amicable, collaborative process for a divorce.

If you're going through a divorce, a collaborative approach can often be the best path forward (assuming both sides are amenable). If you're using a collaborative approach, I highly recommend using Darcy as your counselor-advisor-mediator. Darcy does an excellent job of identifying each person's needs and wants. Using that, she finds the right balance between supporting each person while also being firm, when necessary, to drive the process to resolution. She also thinks outside the box, looking for creative ways to find mutually agreeable solutions. And once a resolution is reached, Darcy provides clear and thorough guidance as the matter goes to court for a final judgment. I hope I never have to use her services again (right?!), but for those who find themselves where I was, Darcy is the knowledgeable professional you want to help guide you through the process.

Darcy is the freaking best! 👍🏻👍🏻 She is so awesome! Definitely the best family lawyer in the area, in my opinion. I wasn’t paid to write this review. She’s genuinely a sweet and helpful attorney that I’m glad I found.

While divorce will never be a pleasant experience, having Darcy as my lawyer made the process much better. She was easy to talk with, and took care to understand my concerns - especially for my autistic son.
