I worked with Slav on a divorce case and he is extremely knowledgeable on Texas law and structuring a decree and child custody. I felt prepared in my request, and he made me rethink some things and made great suggestions. I would definitely recommend him to family or friends going through a divorce. Also I had a goal to get divorced the first day I could after the waiting period and he helped make that happen!

I was looking for a lawyer for my daughter. We hired this law firm. We spent thousands of dollars and Stefani Preston lost the whole case. She could have won on default because the father of my daughters child did not show up for court. Stefani Preston decided on her own to give the other party a chance to win. The father of my daughter's child did not even have a lawyer and Attorney Stefani Preston lost. That's how bad of a lawyer she is. She could not even reschedule a court date when my daughter had an emergency. Don't hire this law firm. A party without a lawyer can defeat this legal team. This legal team is a fraud and knew the details of the case. They knew there was no findings of neglect or abuse. If Attorney Preston was uncomfortable with the case she could have simply declined to take on the case. Instead she took the money, lost, and would probably post partial details of the case (breaching client and attorney confidentiality) instead of accepting blame.
