One star is too many! Worst attorney ever. Because of his laziness and ignorance I lost everything. Everything. My house, my child, my retirement, camping gear, kid's artwork projects, literally everything I had. The only thing I got to keep was 5 tee shirts and two pairs of pants. I hired Mr. Read to file one paper, a Motion to set aside Default Judgement. He wouldn't do it. It wasn't that there was a lack of communication, there was zero communication with Mr. Read. Then I found out he was fired from Farr, Cragen and Berube, the law frim where I paid my retainer. A short time later Mr. Read took himself off my case, as well as his previous employer. Because they both took themselves off my case, the Utah State Bar Association could not help me when I filed a complaint against Mr. Read. Do not see this man. Do not give him your business. He is lazy, incompetent, pathetic, hopeless and completely unreliable.

David Read is the perfect attorney if you're looking to outspend your opponent. He's a fine contributor to the toxic institution of no-fault divorce that has contaminated the social fabric of this country. If you're feeling spiteful and want to use your children as pawns to hurt your ex, he's there for you. He won't waste even a millisecond of your precious time thinking about their welfare, guaranteed.

David Read and his office staff were wonderful to work with. They helped me and my father work through his divorce as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
