If you are looking for a peaceful separation/divorce, then I highly recommend SALT. It was a priority for my ex and I to have a non-contentious divorce. Marie was fantastic to work with and it was a smooth process to iron out our assets/custody details. She was great at guiding us on what other couples have done to keep things fair. We actually requested to all meet together, so we could go over the numbers we agreed on. I especially was grateful to never be in a court room or deal with judges/lawyers. Divorce is stressful enough! If you have an amicable divorce, then this is great way to do it.

I would absolutely recommend Salt Mediation. Marie was very quick and helpful in her responses and helped us navigate the divorce process seamlessly. I don’t think the process could’ve gone better. Because of her thorough explanations and knowledge, we felt well informed and confident in the agreements we came to. I did a lot of research on mediators and attorneys, nervous I’d pick the wrong one for such an important process. We definitely made the right decision working with Marie.

I thought the mediation overall went fairly well. However, my mediator made a mathematical error in my decree that cost me over $20,000.00. When I took it to her she gave no apologies or explanation, just that I may need an attorney or I should have looked at the numbers better. I am not able to afford an attorney and will have to be out the over 20,000. This is extremely infuriating as well as hurtful. If you use Salt Meditation quadruple check your numbers. The whole reason I went to mediation was to ensure my time with my kids and that I got what was fair $$ wise. Everything I fought for money wise to secure my future went down the drain because of their mistake. They took no responsibility for their mistake and that is why I am giving a one star review.
