Lost the easiest case ever and failed to do the bare minimum. Didn't fully understand anything about my case even though it was a easy one. The lady who answers the phone was horrible. You might as well fight your case alone if you are thinking about hiring them

I had a very unsettling experience with this law firm, particularly with the secretary (or possibly legal assistant/paralegal— named Kristin). I called in letting the office know that I was looking for quotes/starting prices for the creation of a trust. When I mentioned that my grandparents are not located in the city where the firm is based, she wouldn’t let me explain that I am located in the city and could bring them in to execute the documents, instead insisting, "Okay, but we won’t be able to assist when you need to go to court." Despite knowing the answer to my questions, she continued to talk in circles, making the whole situation unnecessarily confusing. She also tried to tell me that we may not need a trust— therefore the attorney will only speak to the clients (my grandparents) and not me (the person who is facilitating this process because they are elderly)— despite my family already deciding that’s the path we want to take. As someone who has worked in the legal field, specifically in real estate and estate planning, I was disappointed by how unhelpful and dismissive she was. I was referred to this firm specifically because I was looking for a Spanish-speaking attorney, but this experience left me feeling unheard and very dissatisfied. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this firm based on my interaction.

I was court appointed Mr. Abel Dominguez Jr. At first I was a little bit worried because I haven’t heard the best stories about court appointed attorneys, but Mr. Dominguez was very thorough and detailed and educated me throughout the entire case. He was very honesty and transparent about how we could weight out our options and his representation really helped placed me onto a path to have my record cleared.
