There was a sense of care, empathy, and curiosity from the entire team, but I want to give a special shout to Nicole, who listened. gave sound advice and was earnestly concerned about our issues. They were not concerned about a fee for advice on my fairly simple issue, which I could have handled pro se, but instead were willing to help. Some attorneys would hear an easy case and still charge a $10,000. Nicole even looped in Kathy to ensure we were getting good sound advice. They were conscious and aware of what expenses could be and tried to keep costs at a minimum and avoid court where possible. They reviewed my case with no judgment, only support.
