In the 1970’s I had used two attorneys, selected by random chance in the yellow pages, but was never inclined to be a repeat customer. In the 1980’s I met Arthur Ferraro, and I have relied on him for legal services ever since. I was so impressed with his intelligence and skill, that I enrolled in a San Jose State business law course he was teaching. My experience with Arthur is primarily contract law, but as with any area in law, the attorney client relationship is all about trust. The client has to trust that the attorney really understands the relevant points of law, trust that he has enough experience, and trust that he will act efficiently, to minimize the cost. Arthur Ferraro has repeatedly impressed me on all counts. He is extremely intelligent and well versed in the fine details of his craft.
