I had to hire Jay Goodman's law firm for my divorce. They represented Erika, who was not very competent as a divorce lawyer. It took a year and a lot of money to settle my divorce. I had to submit the same documents repeatedly, and at times she sent me things to sign that weren't even related to my case. She was very disorganized and had seven kids to manage. After heart surgery, dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression, my ex-husband worked overtime, and I ended up paying him after being out of work for two years. I am very disappointed with the law firm because, during the consultation, they promised and did not keep their word.
