I have worked with Mina and her team for a few years. She’s consistent, thorough, and has great communication skills. I travel a bunch so I needed someone could help me via email and phone. She’s patient, understanding, and honest. I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing my taxes with anybody else.

Mina called me in about 5 minutes after receiving my number. She truly cares about her clients and puts forth a tremendous effort to answer questions. In these times of peril and confusion, we need more people like Mina.

I had to submit a fraud dispute after discovering Mina had tried to charge me $900 for a 45 minute phone call to the IRS. We had agreed on $150 for the call (which I considered exorbitant at the time anyway), then when we got on the conference call she tried to lie to the IRS representative saying she had power of attorney. When they called her out she back peddled saying that her tax attorney was actually out but that she "always makes these calls" and "they had always taken them in the past". They refused her on the tax attorney line as it is reserved for specialists only. Then she called the main line with me and when they picked up she was thoroughly unprepared and had literally no idea why we were calling (despite having had all the paperwork shared w her). She just said "ok go ahead and tell them what you need". This woman was actually trying to charge me $150 for dialing a phone number and having me do the work. I decided to let it go, and let her go, after that without any fan fair. Just expressed that I'd decided to have someone else do my taxes. UNTIL I discover the fraudulent charges on my credit card. And THEN instead of apologizing immediately and refunding - she argued with me that she had "done the work" and deserved to get paid. Unbelievably shocking incompetence and dishonesty. I wouldn't have Mina and Madison Tax Solutions file a paper clip much less my taxes. I have included a photo of some of her bizarre and scattered texts to me over this affair.
