Sorry, but this is why we have reviews. So people don't get ripped off. I had a lawyer, he gets disbarred. He recommends Kelly Rodenas. So I call her, pay & retain her. She does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for six months. She then bad mouths the lawyer who got disbarred. I told her, "All he did was refer you (Kelly), why would you bad mouth him? You're the one who did absolutely nothing." So now I have two useless lawyers on my portfolio & this makes me look bad, I've learned. Don't get ripped off & frustrated. Stay away. There's a lot of other reviews like mine about Kelly Rodenas.

I would not recommend Kelly first off I had my own private investigator got the address to my baby mama’s new house the office lady at the address down wrong so the second time the cops were sent to the house she no longer lived there. I had to repeatedly asked the office for information on my case and what was going on Kelly. Kind of just sit there during my mediation really didn’t fight for anything that was right for me her first initial response to me about child timeshare. Was three weeks every two months. I am 1000 Miles away from my daughter but you’d think first go around she’d at least try for 50/50. I thought by getting a woman lawyer, that she would fight harder for a man trying to get his kid back but I did not know that she already went through this process with her ex-husband. If you are a man you’re probably off better getting a man lawyer. And because of the lack of representation, I will be another lawyer to fix this mess
